Maybe she was demonstrating how well their cell phone service really is.

I get a kick out of this, I too had same experience!! We are not customers to them, we are consumers.
ReplyDeleteWent to the WI DMV last week to get my driver license renewed. Everything is vaguely informative there. I was always a step behind what the attendants want you to do which is obviously intentional, it was like a funny game to them, for instance sign name before the new photo, they wait until you are doing the wrong thing instead of telling in advance what they want you to do next. Its like they have fun wasting time. Everything was spoke in a whisper just to confuse things all the more. Going to what window when your number is called is a whole nother story for another day!?!? Seems to me these particular government workers could use a dose of long term layofff like the thousands of hard working blue collars that would appreciate their candyass job!
